These Terms of Service govern your use of Brochurify, a product of Flucrum B.V., registered in Amsterdam, Netherlands. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

1. About Brochurify

Brochurify is an AI-powered brochure generation platform that allows users to create professional, print-ready PDF brochures for property, vehicles, businesses, art, luxury goods and equipment.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Brochurify. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Your Account

When you create an account, you are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials secure
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Credits and Payments

Brochurify operates on a credit-based system. Each credit generates one brochure.

  • New accounts receive 2 free credits on signup — no credit card required
  • Additional credits can be purchased in bundles
  • Credits never expire
  • Credits are non-refundable once used
  • Unused credits are non-refundable unless required by applicable law

The Unlimited plan is billed monthly at €99.99. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused days.

All prices are inclusive of applicable VAT where required.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Brochurify only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Upload content that is fraudulent, misleading or illegal
  • Use the platform to create brochures for assets you do not have the right to sell or represent
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or copy any part of the platform
  • Use automated tools or bots to interact with the platform
  • Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
  • Use the platform in any way that disrupts or damages our infrastructure

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms without notice.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Brochurify — photos, text, logos and other materials. By uploading content, you grant Flucrum B.V. a limited licence to process and store that content solely for the purpose of generating your brochures.

We do not use your uploaded content for training AI models or for any purpose beyond delivering the service.

7. Your Brochures

All brochures generated through Brochurify belong to you. You are free to download, share, print and use them however you like, subject to applicable law.

Free plan brochures include a Brochurify watermark. Paid credits and the Unlimited plan produce watermark-free output.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform design, templates, software, AI systems and branding are the intellectual property of Flucrum B.V. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission.

9. Availability and Uptime

We aim to keep Brochurify available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance, updates or improvements that temporarily affect availability. We will notify users of planned downtime where possible.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flucrum B.V. is not liable for:

  • Loss of data or brochures due to technical failure
  • Indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform
  • Errors in AI-generated content that you choose to use without review
  • Third-party services integrated with the platform

Our total liability to you in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer

Brochurify provides tools to help you create brochures. We do not verify the accuracy of the information you enter. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the content of your brochures is accurate, lawful and not misleading.

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time if you breach these terms, with or without notice.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by displaying a notice on the platform. Continued use of Brochurify after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam.
