What is a credit and how does it work?
One credit creates one brochure. You enter your details, upload your photos, and the AI generates a finished PDF. That uses one credit. Credits never expire so you can buy a pack and use them at your own pace with no pressure.
Do my credits expire if I do not use them?
No. Credits do not expire. Whether you buy 1 or 30, they stay in your account until you use them. There is no time limit and no subscription to cancel.
What is the difference between Pay as you go and Unlimited?
Pay as you go means you buy a pack of credits and use them when you need them. No monthly commitment. Unlimited is a flat monthly subscription that gives you as many brochures as you want, plus priority support, no watermark and early access to new templates. If you create more than around 8 brochures a month, Unlimited works out cheaper.
What happens when I run out of credits?
You can top up at any time by buying another credit pack. There is no interruption to your account and your existing brochures stay saved. You can also upgrade to Unlimited at any point if your volume increases.
Can I get an invoice for my purchase?
Yes. Invoice billing is available on the Unlimited plan. If you need invoices for Pay as you go purchases as well, get in touch via hello@brochurify.ai and we will sort it out.
