Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for purchases made on Brochurify, a product of Flucrum B.V., registered in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

1. Free Credits

All new accounts receive 2 free credits on signup. Free credits are not purchased and therefore not subject to any refund policy.

2. Paid Credit Bundles

Credits purchased through Brochurify are non-refundable once used. Each credit is consumed when a brochure is successfully generated.

Unused credits may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

  • You request a refund within 14 days of purchase
  • None of the credits in that bundle have been used
  • You have not previously requested a refund for credit purchases

To request a refund for unused credits, contact us at hello@brochurify.ai within 14 days of your purchase date, including your account email and order reference.

3. Unlimited Plan

The Unlimited plan is billed monthly at €99.99. The following applies:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period
  • If you have not used the Unlimited plan at all within the first 14 days of your first payment, you may request a full refund by contacting us at hello@brochurify.ai

4. Technical Failures

If a credit is consumed but your brochure fails to generate due to a technical error on our side, we will:

  • Restore the credit to your account, or
  • Offer a replacement brochure generation at no additional cost

To report a failed generation, contact us at hello@brochurify.ai with your account email and a description of the issue. We aim to resolve all technical credit disputes within 2 business days.

5. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Credits that have been used to generate a brochure, regardless of whether you were satisfied with the output
  • Refund requests made more than 14 days after the purchase date
  • Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content where the platform functioned as intended

6. EU Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you may have additional rights under EU consumer protection law, including the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. However, please note that by using credits to generate a brochure, you are requesting immediate performance of the service. Under EU law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital services that have been fully performed with your prior consent.

Unused credits within the 14-day withdrawal window remain eligible for a refund as outlined in Section 2.

7. How to Request a Refund

Please include:

  • Your account email address
  • Your order or payment reference
  • The reason for your refund request

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or card provider.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of Brochurify after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
